Not to toot my own horn too much, but I really like how this turned out. It was based on a photo, but not converted or anything -- I drew out the shapes. I am thinking about making another version of this one, but with actual cut-out paper.
I adore this! I took the original photo so it evokes an afternoon at Strawberry Hill, after a hike, sitting at the edge of the pond and watching for fish.
Wow! i could see a series of these...be sure to use a fadeless paper that isn't too thick so you can layer without adding real depth if you want to keep the really flat look. Also usea good adhesive ...try them out first.
